About the company · operating since 2015
We develop processes for industrial rectification and mixture separation. We design columns and process modules, then manufacture and assemble the equipment at our own facility.

A process technologist, a mechanical design engineer and a chemical engineer with experience in the oil industry work on each project. They review the feed composition, required product quality, throughput, steam supply and site constraints. These inputs determine the process configuration, column design and technical documentation for manufacture.
Our four standard industrial ethanol distillation and rectification plants process fermented mash. Their nominal daily outputs are 500, 1000, 1500 and 3000 litres of finished spirit at 96.4% ABV. For outputs above 3000 litres per day, we design and manufacture the plant to the customer’s individual specification.

We have experience manufacturing dehydration equipment. In adsorption drying, the adsorbent selectively retains water. Azeotropic rectification provides another route for removing water.
Equipment for ethyl acetate synthesis is a separate area of our engineering work.
